Chicago Bears head coach Matt Nagy has a quarterback conundrum on his hands with Justin Fields and Andy Dalton both dealing with minor injuries right now. That puts third-stringer Nick Foles in the conversation as to who could start in Week 4, but the Bears boss clearly has no clue what he is going to do. Just take a look at these comments. Then, he said Dalton would be the Bears starter:

Lastly:

Talk about confusing. The Bears clearly have no idea who will start this weekend and Nagy sounds absolutely lost in the decision. Chicago suffered a brutal loss to the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, with Fields putting up just six points in his first start in the NFL as Dalton was sidelined. However, he was provided with awful coverage, being sacked a total of nine times.

There has been lots of criticism towards Nagy for the plays he drew up for the Bears rookie and frankly, he wasn’t given much time in the pocket to really get anything done. Dalton meanwhile hasn’t exactly impressed either, which is probably why this decision is so tough. Foles has failed to take a snap all year as well.

Needless to say, it will be very interesting to see who gets the call for the Bears against the Detroit Lions, but it will ultimately come down to how practice goes leading up to Sunday.
