Bills Mafia is anxious for the return of rookie running back Devin Singletary — and his 12.7 rushing average — but they will have to wait until 90 minutes before Week 5's game against the Tennessee Titans to know an answer of if he will play or not, per Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

Singletary missed the last two games with a hamstring injury and is considered questionable for Sunday's game. The rookie returned to Buffalo practice in the week, albeit, in a limited fashion.

The former Florida Atlantic running back impressed in his limited playing time through the first two weeks. For the season, Singletary has 127 rushing yards and one touchdown on 10 attempts. He also has five receptions for 28 yards.

If out, the Bills will go ahead with the ageless Frank Gore and T.J. Yeldon at the running back spots. Gore is coming off of a 109-yard outing against the New England Patriots in a Week 4 loss. The veteran back has rushed for 273 yards and two touchdowns on 61 attempts. Yeldon is more of a pass-catcher, receiving the ball six times for 87 yards on the year.

Buffalo possesses a laundry list of injuries heading into Sunday's game. Tight end Tyler Kroft (ankle) and linebacker Corey Thompson (ankle) are both out. Tackle Ty Nsekhe (ankle), safety Dean Marlowe (concussion), cornerback Taron Johnson (hamstring), wide receiver Robert Foster (groin) and fullback Patrick DiMarco (concussion) are all considered questionable.

The Bills will have quarterback Josh Allen (concussion) back in action against the Titans. Buffalo is looking for another win to remain in contention with the Patriots for the top of the AFC East.
