During the ongoing game against the Houston Texans, the Cleveland Browns hit a huge injury setback. In a play where he was trying to make a tackle on an interception, star quarterback Baker Mayfield fell with an apparent shoulder injury. According to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, he headed to the locker room where his injury will be treated.

This is one more injury in an apparent streak today. Other than Mayfield, the Miami Dolphins lost their QB Tua Tagovailoa earlier in the day, while the Chicago Bears also saw Andy Dalton leave the field with an apparent injury.
Thankfully for the Browns, as Jason La Canfora from CBS Sports reports, Mayfield is back on the field and ready to play.

The Browns are trying to bounce back against the Texans after losing the first game to the Kansas City Chiefs. It would definitely be a bigger challenge without Mayfield on the field, so it is definitely good news that he is back right away. On the other hand, the Texans are looking to build upon their Week 1 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars. With about five minutes left in the first half, the Texans have a 14-7 lead and will look to keep it until the end of the game.
