The Cleveland Browns had a special visitor at a recent team meeting when former Los Angeles Lakers Kobe Bryant stopped by to discuss the Mamba Mentality.

After starting the season 2-5-1, the Browns have actually played some pretty good football as of late in winning three of their past four games.

Baker Mayfield and company are coming off a 26-20 win over the Carolina Panthers, and mathematically, have not yet been eliminated from the AFC playoff race.

But perhaps a recent chat with the five-time NBA champion will help them win all three remaining games and secure an unlikely playoff berth.

Here's the visual proof of Bryant's recent visit with the team:

It never hurts to get a little motivation in the latter stages of a grueling NFL season, so maybe Bryant's words of wisdom will give the Browns a nice boost the rest of the way.

Cleveland will return to the field on Sunday for a matchup against the Denver Broncos, who also find themselves in the playoff hunt despite recently losing star wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders to injury.

After that, the Browns will finish up the regular season with matchups against the Cincinnati Bengals and Baltimore Ravens.

But while a postseason spot may be difficult this season, Mayfield's stellar rookie campaign has to give Cleveland fans hope for the future.

Of course, it's also essential that the Browns' front office do their due diligence when it comes to finding the right fit at head coach after the firing of Hue Jackson earlier in the season.
