Cleveland Browns star Jarvis Landry's daughter, Joy, made friends with a baby deer in a video that since has gone viral.

In the video, the baby fawn is seen following around Joy and even though it's clear Landry's daughter is enjoying herself, Landry admits he was a bit scared.

Via Dan Labbe of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, the Browns wideout said the pair went out for a walk when they encountered the deer just strolling around.

“I went to the garage and when I came out of the garage they were already best friends,” Landry said. “She wasn’t (afraid). I was more afraid than she was.”

Landry said the deer was to make another appearance he would probably let his daughter name it, although they won't be taking it in as a pet.

It's a good thing Landry isn't afraid of opposing defensive backs like he is was of the deer. With Odell Beckham Jr. now on board with the Browns, the expectation is that the team will have one of the best-receiving duos in the league. Last season he hauled in 81 receptions for 976 yards and four touchdowns.

Landry won't be participating in OTA's while recovering from injury but is excited to still be around the team.

“The main part is being here for the guys,” Landry said via the Browns team website. “Continue to be a leader and get back into a routine, and also to support (head coach) Freddie (Kitchens), to be here for him, him taking on obviously a different type of position but still being the same guy in the building.”
