Tamp Bay Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston and wide receiver Mike Evans had already been in the midst of a stellar outing versus the New York Giants. They have now managed to blow the top off the secondary before the first half has even ended.

Winston was able to find Evans once again for a 20-yard touchdown pass to complete the hat trick, via NFL Twitter:

It had initially been a slow start to the season for both players. Fortunately, they have finally managed to get on the same page to help take a commanding 28-10 lead at halftime after connecting on touchdown throws of 21, 3, and 20 yards.

Evans has now managed to eclipse his season total by a rather wide margin in just the first half against this porous Giants' secondary.

It is safe to say that he will have ample time to pad his stats with a whole other half to play.
