Slowly but surely, NFL facilities are beginning to reopen amid the coronavirus pandemic, which has given Tom Brady the opportunity to throw to his new Tampa Bay Buccaneers teammates for the first time.

According to Rick Stroud and Joey Knight of The Tampa Bay Times, Brady held a two-hour throwing session with eight of his teammates at Berkeley Prep on Tuesday morning.

The attendees were center Ryan Jensen, wide receivers Mike Evans and Scotty Miller, tight ends Cameron Brate and O.J. Howard, running back Dare Ogunbowale and fellow quarterbacks Blaine Gabbert and Ryan Griffin.

Stroud and Knight noted that Brady's arm “looked live” and that he got some work with his pass-catchers on deep routes. The group also ran red zone drills and simulated the offense being backed up deep in its own territory.

Following the workout, Brady and his new teammates spent about 25 minutes talking and doing relationship building.

Brady shook the NFL world when he signed a two-year, $50 million deal with the Buccaneers back in March, ending his 20-year stay with the New England Patriots.

Throughout his Patriots tenure, Brady won six Super Bowl championships, establishing himself as the greatest quarterback ever in the eyes of most.

However, this past season, the 42-year-old began to show signs of, well, being 42, as he threw for 4,057 yards, 24 touchdowns and eight interceptions while completing just 60.8 percent of his passes and posting a passer rating of 88.

Brady even missed the Pro Bowl for the first time since 2008, when he was knocked out for the season in Week 1 due to a torn ACL.

The good news for Brady is that he has a very impressive stable of weapons at his disposal in Tampa Bay, so it will be interesting to see if the legend can bounce back in 2020.
