Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady will take any chance he can to praise the guys he works with. On Thursday, Brady told the media that working with young players is very rewarding at this point in his career. Not only do they help him keep up with the latest trends his kids are into, but they give him a new reason to appreciate football.

He alluded to players like fifth year Leonard Fournette, eighth year Mike Evans, and fifth year Chris Godwin during the conversation. While he appreciates the guys keeping him up to date with the hottest music, Brady ultimately decided that witnessing a teammate's success is the greatest connection a player can make.

“Great guys, terrific players with great futures…I want to see people succeed.” Brady said. “Watching them be successful is the best connection you can make.”

The Buccaneers star acknowledged the success he has had in the NFL, and his inevitable future retirement. However, he isn't focused on his successes at this point in his career.

“I'm kind of at the end of my football journey, you know? There's not a lot of football I have left…Those guys are at the beginning, or just the middle part, so they got a lot to achieve in their career, and I want to see everyone maximize their potential,” Brady said.

He was able to lead the young guys of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to a Super Bowl victory last season. The win seems to be even more meaningful to Brady than we once thought after hearing what his teammates' success means to him.
