Milwaukee Bucks swingman Khris Middleton is finally set to make his return.

As the Bucks prepare to face the Miami Heat on Monday, the All-Star wing will suit up following a two-game absence due to neck soreness.

Milwaukee went 2-0 in his absence, but they did so against the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Charlotte Hornets. Monday is a big-time matchup as they square off against the Heat in a battle for Eastern Conference supremacy.

Although the Bucks are running away with the East — they lead Miami by 14.0 games — the Heat are a worthy opponents.

Milwaukee is the best team on the road while the Heat are one of the best teams at home. The Bucks are 25-5 away while Miami is 25-4 in their turf.

With Giannis Antetokounmpo coming off of the best game of his career — he posted 41 points and 20 rebounds in a win over the Hornets on Sunday — the team will likely need for Khris Middleton to step up. The Bucks' second offensive option is having a stellar season, averaging 21.1 points per game on 50.8 percent from the field and 43.8 percent from beyond the arc.

The Heat defeated the Bucks in their lone previous matchup, winning 131-126 in overtime back in October. Milwaukee will look to avenge that loss at American Airlines Arena.
