In Week 6, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers were hoping to get back on track after losing a close game to the New England Patriots the previous week. Quarterback Jameis Winston headed on the road to face the Arizona Cardinals and by halftime, things weren't going so well.

According to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com, Winston went down with a shoulder injury in the first half and is doubtful to return. Backup Ryan Fitzpatrick will take over.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers' afternoon in Arizona just went from bad to worse.

Their starting quarterback, Jameis Winston, is doubtful to return to the contest after suffering a shoulder injury against the Cardinals. Ryan Fitzpatrick is filling in under center.

It has been a rough week for star quarterbacks with the Green Bay Packers also suffering a devastating blow losing Aaron Rodgers to a broken collarbone in their loss to the Minnesota Vikings.

Before going down with the shoulder injury, Winston completed 5-of-10 passes for 61 yards. The Bucs couldn't contain or keep up with the Cardinals even with their franchise quarterback on the field as they headed into halftime down, 24-0.

Cardinals newcomer Adrian Peterson put on a show in the first half running for 85 yards and a touchdown on 11 carries. The Bucs, however, couldn't get anything going offensively to counter Peterson's impressive debut and could be headed for another loss and a lot of uncertainty surrounding the health of Winston.
