Michael Jordan's longtime agent, David Falk, is one of the select few who have been able to see all 10 episodes of ESPN's Chicago Bulls docuseries “The Last Dance.” Watching them in full has rendered Falk aware that some of the things he's suspected for years will come to light, including Scottie Pippen's alleged jealousy.

Some spicy stuff here about the Bulls legends:

“Pippen has a certain level of jealousy towards Michael. He has said recently many times he thinks LeBron's a better player,” said Falk during an interview with 106.7 FM's The Junkies on NBC Sports Washington. “Now, if you're Scottie Pippen, and Michael Jordan made your career, completely made your career; even if you think that, keep it to yourself.”

Falk obviously has a Jordan bias after representing him for all 16 years of his career in the league, with most of those coming with the Bulls, but his criticism goes a bit out of hand once he gets to Pippen's shortcomings:

“Scottie's problem, as the documentary points out in so many different places after the episodes you've seen, is that he wasn't a great competitor,” said Falk. “There were times for silly reasons. The migraine; you think that Michael Jordan [would do that] unless he had his leg amputated?”

“Scottie didn't play part of that game because he had a headache.”

Falk also brought in Jordan's Flu Game to make the comparison, but playing with the flu and playing with a blinding migraine are surely two different things. Even Jordan defended Pippen, saying there's nothing they could have done to get him right for that pivotal Game 7 the Bulls played in 1990 against the Detroit Pistons. Perhaps Jordan was faking it when he said it, but it's what he said in “The Last Dance.

It's tough to know how long Falk has had his suspicions, but the jealousy argument seems to be far-reaching under those reasons. We'll just have to watch the rest of this Bulls documentary to find out what he's talking about.
