Zach LaVine, who just recently signed a four-year $78-million dollar contract to remain with the Chicago Bulls this off-season, has never met a shot he hasn't liked. He might wish he were a little more selective in his tweets.

In a hilarious Twitter exchange, Jimmy's Famous Seafood–which has been serving Marylanders with quality shellfish since 1974–threw some serious shade the way of LaVine. Check out their hysterical back and forth below.

Jimmy’s is clearly not sold on LaVine’s potential and would probably much rather have their namesake (Jimmy Butler) on the Bull’s roster, whom the Timberwolves traded for a couple of seasons ago. Of course, this could all just be a marketing ploy – and a good one at that! – to increase their foot traffic and garner a larger customer reach.

After completely recovering from a torn ACL, LaVine is primed to take a giant leap forward as a focal point of the Bull’s offense. His mixture of outside shooting and air-defying dunks makes him a tough matchup to cover, especially if he can somehow improve on his defense.

After all, this is the same guy who averaged a career high of 18.9 points per game, to go along with 2.6 three-pointers made, 3.4 rebounds, and 3.0 assists, just a couple of seasons ago with the Timberwolves.

Still, many fans have yet to become believers of LaVine’s ability and feel Chicago wasted top dollar on an oft-injured and widely one-dimensional player.

Still, they certainly got the two-time Slam Dunk Champion’s attention and he will undoubtedly use this as motivation to prove all his doubters wrong.

The Bulls have a built quite a formidable roster with guard Kris Dunn, forward Jabari Parker, and young big men in Lauri Markkanen and Wendell Carter Jr., led by LaVine, to possibly make a playoff push next season.
