The Chicago Bulls continue to click on all cylinders with their huge 115-106 win over the formidable Milwaukee Bucks on Tuesday. The Bulls' resurgence has largely been a result of power forward Nikola Mirotic's return from a facial fracture he had sustained prior to the 2017-18 NBA season.

The injury was a result of an altercation with teammate and power forward Bobby Portis. However, it seems the two are finally starting to get chummy after sharing a friendly moment during the fourth quarter of their victory over the Bucks via Bleacher Report NBA:

Needless to say, it is encouraging to see the two have seemingly patched things up since the incident. As many know, the physical altercation not only left Mirotic with some substantial injuries, but it also brought his future with the team into question as well.

However, he has since been the catalyst for the Bulls' recent success after having now won eight of their last 10 games since his return. Their win over Milwaukee was no different as he recorded a team-high 24 points on an efficient 9-of-18 shooting.

It goes without saying that if the Bulls are going to continue to build on their success, they will need its players to keep things copacetic moving forward. That said, it seems both players have made strides in their relationship since then.
