Amidst a whirlwind of speculation regarding his future status with the team, the Arizona Cardinals appear to be embracing Josh Rosen, for as long as he is on the team.

In a video released on the team's Twitter account, Rosen is featured prominently in a mashup of highlights from last season. This coming after the second-year quarterback was left out of a similar video.

Rosen, the 10th overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft, has been the subject of many trade rumors. New coach Kliff Kingsbury has been vocal in his admiration of Oklahoma dual-threat quarterback Kyler Murray — who he recruited as the coach of Texas Tech — and the team itself hasn't done any favors in squelching speculation. At the NFL Scouting Combine, general manager said Rosen is the Cardinals' quarterback “for now.”

The situation hasn't been easy on the quarterback.

One year ago, Rosen had to think he was the future of the Cardinals franchise. Though, the 22-year-old quarterback has had to deal with change before, too. Since his freshman season at UCLA, Rosen has played under five offensive coordinators in four years.

He led the Cardinals to a 3-10 record in games he started, while throwing for 2,278 yards, 11 touchdowns, and 14 interceptions in one of the league's most dysfunctional offenses.

If the Cardinals do ship off Rosen and draft Murray, they'd become perhaps the biggest storyline to watch in football. They'd also allow the 49ers to draft Nick Bosa with the No. 2 pick, setting a rookie pass rusher versus a rookie quarterback in the NFC West for years to come.
