The Arizona Cardinals used their 2018 first-round draft pick to take quarterback Josh Rosen, but rumor has it that the Cardinals are already looking to replace him.

With Arizona's reported interest in selecting Kyler Murray with the No. 1 overall pick in next month's NFL Draft, it's looking like Rosen's days with the franchise may be numbered, and BetOnline.ag is already listing the Washington Redskins as favorites to land him if he gets moved.

It makes plenty of sense, as the Redskins are entering the 2019 season with a shaky situation at quarterback.

Alex Smith will likely miss the entire season while he recovers from a gruesome broken leg injury he suffered back in Week 11 of 2018, leaving Colt McCoy as the starter.

Plus, even when (if?) Smith eventually does return, he turns 35 years old in May, so it's about time Washington starts searching for its quarterback of the future.

Of course, the Redskins could just draft a signal-caller, but given the fact that they don't pick until 15th in the first round, it's entirely possible that all of the top signal-callers will be off the board by that point.

That's why Washington's best course of action may be trading for Rosen, who had a very rough rookie campaign in which he started 13 games and threw for 2,278 yards, 11 touchdowns and 14 interceptions while completing 55.2 percent of his passes and registering a passer rating of 66.7.

The Miami Dolphins and New England Patriots are listed as the second and third favorites to land Rosen, with the New York Giants and Los Angeles Chargers slotted after that.

If you're wondering why the Patriots are on that list, remember: Tom Brady is 41 years old.
