Kansas City Chiefs coach Andy Reid joined some elite company on Sunday with the teams win over the Oakland Raiders. The win was Reid's 209th of his career which ties him with legendary Pittsburgh Steelers coach Chuck Noll for 6th all time.

Reid has the second-most wins of any active coach, only behind Bill Belichick who currently sits third on the list. Here is how the rest of the list shapes out via Chiefs Wire.

  1. Don Shula – 347
  2.  George Halas – 324
  3. Bill Belichick – 294
  4. Tom Landry – 270
  5. Curly Lambeau – 229
  6. Andy Reid, Chuck Noll – 209

With one more win, Reid will move into sole possession of sixth place in NFL wins, and the team will try to get that on Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens. He won't be able to move up any farther on the list this year, but with a good year his year, and a good year next year, he could move into 5th place in front of Curly Lambeau.

Reid will go down as one of the best coaches to ever coach the game based on wins, but there is one key thing he is missing, a Super Bowl win.

He has been in charge of a lot of good teams, but he hasn't been able to win the NFL's ultimate prize. The Chiefs can be argued as the best team in football and with Patrick Mahomes under center, it would be considered a real failure if the team can't win a Super Bowl in the next couple of years, especially with Mahomes under his rookie contract.
