More than a week has passed since the Los Angeles Clippers blew a 3-1 lead to the Denver Nuggets. While most fans have moved on, Clippers forward JaMychal Green is still baffled at how they lost.

Green shared his confusion and frustration via Instagram. As expected, Green's followers typed in their comments on the post. Some fully supported Green, saying that they'll come back stronger next year. Some, meanwhile, criticized the Clippers for simply not showing up.

JaMychal Green's sentiments are understandable. After all, the Clippers entered the 2019-20 season as top favorites to represent the West in the NBA Finals. A ton of fans and analysts expected the Clippers to battle it out with the powerhouse Los Angeles Lakers squad.

It would've been a match up for the ages. Imagine two of the most stacked teams (perhaps in NBA history) battling it out in a seven-game series. The fact that both teams reside in LA adds a layer of mystique. Fans are dying to see if the Lakers, who have been kings of LA for so long, would finally be ousted by the Clippers.

But the hopes of fans and analysts were cast aside by the surging Nuggets team led by Jamal Murray. Everyone thought that the series was practically over once the Clippers snagged a 3-1 series lead. But the resilient Nuggets proved to everyone that anything is possible.

For the Clippers hopeful, they should keep their heads up. Some massive tweaks on the roster and staff may occur in the offseason. But as long as they keep their core intact, they'll be okay.
