Los Angeles Clippers point guard Patrick Beverley was very enthusiastic about his team's opening night win against their cross-town rivals, the Los Angeles Lakers.
The feisty veteran was so pumped that he decided to blatantly call out ESPN analyst Max Kellerman in the Clippers locker room after the game.

Kellerman has been known to be a staunch critic of basketball players in general, but to be fair to him, his renowned criticism is relatively impartial. This did not seem to matter at all for Beverley, who even explained to the reporter why he thinks Kellerman deserves a dose of his own medicine.

This is typical Pat Beverley right here, with the 31-year-old not mincing words whatsoever. There are some who believe that Kellerman and the rest of his buddies in ESPN sometimes tend to be biased when talking about the Lakers. Beverley appears to be one such believer, and he made sure he would call out Kellerman after his Clippers were able to come out victorious against a well-loved Lakers side.
For his part, Beverley scored only four point in this one, but also logged 10 rebounds, six assists, and a block in 31 minutes of action. He was at the very heart of the team's defense, and was his pesky self all night long against a powerhouse Lakers squad. Beverley was also very vocal throughout the contest, as he appears to have established himself as one of the leaders of a new-look Clippers side, which is still in search of its new identity.
