The Dallas Cowboys are looking to get back into the win column against the Detroit Lions in Week 11. Fortunately, it appears wide receiver Amari Cooper will be available to help out.

Cooper has been a limited participant in practice this week while dealing with knee and ankle injuries. According to ESPN's Todd Archer, he says he will be available for the road trip to Detroit:

Wide receiver Amari Cooper (knee, ankle) politely declined to speak to the media Friday but he did say he is good to go for Sunday's game at Detroit, which is all anybody wanted to probably know anyway.

This is certainly an encouraging sign for the Cowboys'efforts to get back on track. Cooper has been dealing with injuries throughout the bulk of the 2019 NFL season but has still managed to play in every game. Having him available for their matchup against the Lions will undoubtedly go a long way for this offense.

Fortunately, the injuries do not seem to be holding Cooper back much. Although Dallas came up short against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 10, he was nothing short of spectacular after hauling in 11 receptions for 147 yards and a touchdown. He is now in the midst of another Pro Bowl campaign with 53 receptions for 848 yards and seven touchdowns on the season.

While Cooper says he is back, it remains to be seen if right tackle La'el Collins will be good to go after dealing with a knee injury all week. The Cowboys will need their offense to be at full strength if they hope to take control of the NFC East.
