The Dallas Cowboys started 3-0. Three weeks later, they are 3-3. A former Cowboy, wide receiver Dez Bryant, knows the problem with the organization: not having enough time to recover, pointless meetings, and “training camp until the season is over.”

Bryant answered a fan's question, which asked what do you see as the team's biggest flaw? His full answer:

When asked if he is on the “fire Jason Garrett train” on Twitter, Bryant responded with, “that’s none of my business.” He also said he could go further in-depth, but he was going to stop with his original answer.

Former Cowboys wide-out Terrell Owens also chipped in with his opinion. The Hall of Famer essentially rips the team, specifically Garrett, for being predictable. The instance he brings up is the Cowboys' attempted two-point conversion to tie in the waning moments against New York Jets on Sunday.

Of course, T.O. also asks Dallas to bring him back. It's not the first time he has beaten around the bush of a comeback, at the young age of 46.

While Owens may be working his own cause, Bryant did bring in reliable insight. He claims he is speaking for the players who are afraid to do so under the Garrett regime.

In addition to answering what their problem is, Bryant also commented on Tony Romo's presumed shot at Garrett, who said during CBS' broadcast, “I see a lot of Jason Garrett's footprints in this offense.” Romo was referring to the offenses poor showing and the fact that Kellen Moore is now the offensive coordinator.

While Bryant may not be a Cowboy anymore, his Twitter truth-telling is an interesting insight into what goes on in Dallas' organization.
