Jimmy Johnson will be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame sometime in the summer/early Fall, and as of Sunday, we now know that two legendary quarterbacks will be assisting in his introduction: Troy Aikman and Terry Bradshaw.

“Troy is going to do the video presentation, but he wants me to put the jacket on him,” Bradshaw said via Charean Williams of Pro Football Talk, about how the division of labor between Aikman and Bradshaw would be split up.

Johnson's career as a coach spanned four decades and included two Super Bowl rings, as he became the first football coach to have claimed both a National Championship in college and Super Bowl in the pros. Aikman served as Johnson's quarterback for his back-to-back Super Bowl victories in 1993 and '94, while Bradshaw has been a contemporary of Johnson's during FOX's studio show that covers the NFL.

After playing in college at the University of Arkansas alongside future Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, Johnson got a jump on his coaching career by becoming an assistant at Louisiana Tech in 1965. His career in football since then has been fruitful, parlaying his success on the sidelines into an analyst gig that he retains into 2020.

Both Aikman and Bradshaw have already had the Hall call their names for their esteemed careers under center. Now, all three men will come together to honor one of the sports' finest coaches, who is finally going to have his day in the sun that he thought may never come.
