There is never an early time to train hard for NFL players. Just recently, a video showing New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. and running back Saquon Barkley putting in work this summer surfaced online.

This time around, its Atlanta Falcons wideouts (and Alabama Crimson Tide products) Julio Jones and Calvin Ridley and team quarterback Matt Ryan spending time together to condition themselves for the fast-approaching 2018 NFL season.

Jones earlier missed the organized team activities (OTAs) as well as mandatory minicamp, but if there were any doubts about his taking the offseason seriously, those should have been snuffed right now, thanks to Ridley and his Snapchat account. Ridley was taken off the board in this year’s NFL Draft by the Falcons as the 26th pick overall in the class.

A year after making it to the Super Bowl in 2016, the Falcons failed to get back to the NFL’s grand stage in the 2017 season, as they fell to the Philadelphia Eagles in the divisional round. That said, Atlanta is still expected to be a legitimate Super Bowl contender next season with Matt Ryan and Julio Jones leading the Falcons’ still-potent offense.

Ryan is looking to get his numbers back up again after regressing in 2017 in which he finished with 4,095 passing yards (his fewest since 2010) and just 20 passing touchdowns. As for Jones, he appeared in 14 games last season and amassed 1,444 receiving yards but hauled in only three receiving touchdowns, his second least in a season so far in his career.
