It's safe to say Atlanta Falcons tight end Kyle Pitts is not happy about the Deshaun Watson trade between the Houston Texans and Cleveland Browns.

The Texans sent Watson to the Browns in a blockbuster deal that landed them three first-round picks, a third-rounder and a late-round pick swap. Meanwhile, the Falcons and New Orleans Saints, who were heavily pursuing the QB, were left with nothing but disappointment as they now look to move on and settle their own QB situations.

As it appears, however, Pitts had high hopes about getting Watson throwing him some touchdowns in Atlanta. In reaction to the Texans-Browns trade, the 21-year-old tightend could only say that it was a “curveball.”

It's hard to blame Kyle Pitts for his reaction. The Falcons recently emerged as sleeper contenders for the services of Deshaun Watson, and given the fact that they had to push back the roster bonus for Matt Ryan as they pursued the three-time Pro Bowler, it definitely looked like they went all-out just to acquire him.

Of course all their efforts failed and they now have to look at their options for QB. According to the latest reports, the Falcons are turning their focus on Ryan and making him feel wanted after their Watson chase, which could be a difficult thing to do given everything that happened.

As for Pitts, he has to wait and see if the Falcons will be able to keep Ryan or they have to search for a new QB in the free agent market.
