We are now nearly three-quarters of the way through the 2023 NFL season, and a clear list of fantasy football busts has emerged. Darrell Henderson and D'Onta Foreman should have been cut weeks ago, while Jerry Jeudy and Kenneth Walker III are on thin ground. With the real duds already in the free agency pool and the promising waiver wire finds securely in rosters, we are entering the point in the season where fantasy player movement begins to slow down.

With fantasy football playoffs starting this weekend or looming the week after, maximizing the potential of your roster becomes paramount. Find out which players are no longer worth rostering in our Fantasy Football Week 14 Drop List.

Week 14 Fantasy Football Drop List

Quarterbacks

Derek Carr (New Orleans Saints)

Derek Carr entered fringe fantasy relevance in the middle of the season, recording at least 15 fantasy points in five consecutive games. Yet the Saints veteran is averaging just 8.4 fantasy points per contest in three games since then and was unable to finish two of those contests due to injury. Carr is beat up once again entering Week 14. The 32-year-old is in the concussion protocol while also dealing with a rib injury. Even if he can play, Carr is clearly not healthy, and at QB21 in fantasy, there are a plethora of better options out there.

Running Backs

Ty Chandler (Minnesota Vikings)

With Cam Akers out for the season plus some injury concerns for starting running back Alexander Mattison, Ty Chandler briefly entered the fantasy conversation with 25 carries across Weeks 10 and 11. But with Mattison healthy in Week 12, Chandler had just five touches while playing one-third of offensive snaps.

Khalil Herbert (Chicago Bears)

Fantasy owners were excited about the return of Chicago Bears running back Khalil Herbert, but perhaps a little too much so. Herbert missed five games with injury, but even before then, he had just one game with more than 12 fantasy points. In two games back, the Chicago back has 22 carries for 59 yards (2.7 yards per carry) and has yet to find the end zone.

During this stretch, Justin Fields has led Chicago in both rushing yards and attempts in each of the last two games while Roschon Johnson and D'Onta Foreman have both been factors in the run game. With the lack of a lead back plus Fields' heavy involvement in the rushing attack, it feels hard to trust any Chicago Bears running back at this point.

Wide Receivers

Fantasy Football, Fantasy Football Week 14, Fantasy Football Drop List, Week 14 Drop List, Tank Dell

Tank Dell (Houston Texans)

Dell will miss the rest of the season as he recovers from surgery following a broken fibula he suffered in Week 14. It is a devastating blow for the Houston Texans rookie who was second on the team with 709 receiving yards and was a top-20 fantasy receiver.

Christian Kirk (Jacksonville Jaguars)

The injury bug bites for another solid WR2. Christian Kirk has been Jacksonville's most consistent wideout this year, but according to NFL inside Ian Rapoport, Kirk has a core muscle injury that will likely require surgery — putting him out for approximately eight weeks. Kirk could optimistically return for the later rounds of the NFL Playoffs but do not expect him to retake the field in the regular season.

K.J. Osborn (Minnesota Vikings)

A popular add in the wake of the Joshua Jefferson injury, K.J. Osborn has done little outside of a 99-yard performance against the Green Bay Packers in Week 8. With Jefferson back off the injured reserve this week, Osborn no longer deserves a spot on fantasy rosters.
