The NBA has officially released the list of award finalists for the 2020-2021 season, including Most Valuable Player, Defensive Player of the Year, Sixth Man of the Year, among others. After the reveal, Miami Heat center Bam Adebayo didn't appear to be too please with one of the ballots that were released. Bam immediately took to Twitter and, well, the Tweet speaks for itself.

This is, presumably, hinted toward the direction of the Defensive Player of the Year finalists. The three finalists were Rudy Gobert from the Utah Jazz, Ben Simmons from the Philadelphia 76ers, and Draymond Green from the Golden State Warriors. As it turns out, Bam thinks it was a joke he was left off.

The Heat star has a valid reason to be upset, especially considering he was also left off of the Eastern Conference All-Star teams.

While the Heat finished as the 6th seed in the Eastern Conference, Bam Adebayo had a fantastic campaign. He finished the regular season averaging 18.7 points, good for second on the team behind Jimmy Butler. Bam also posted averages of nine rebounds, 5.4 assists, and 1.2 steals, and one block per game with a defensive rating of 109.6.

If you need more proof of Bam's insane defensive ability, watch this clip from against Kyrie Irving and the Brooklyn Nets.

Nonetheless, it might not have been a smart idea to fire up Bam and the Heat right before their playoff rematch against Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks.
