Miami Heat rookie Tyler Herro was scorching hot in the first half of the Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals against the Boston Celtics. Heat legend Dwyane Wade was nothing but impressed by the rookie's performance.

Via Twitter, Wade had a pretty witty reaction to Herro's hot start.

Below are some highlights from Herro's stellar first half. The 20-year-old led all scorers with 15 points on 6-of-10 from the field, 1-of-3 from deep, and 2-of-2 from the free-throw line. He also had six rebounds and one assist.

He wasn't just scoring from the perimeter, Herro was also knocking down short corner 3-pointers.

Wade seems to be pointing at Jimmy Butler. After all, Butler and Tyler Herro share a good friendship. Butler has showered Herro with words of praise and is simply in awe of the rookie.

In a post-game presser during the seeding games, Butler expressed his admiration for Herro. He singled-out his talent for scoring, as well as being a coachable player. It also amazes Butler how Herro seems to be wiser beyond his years.

“Love that kid to death. His growing each and every time he steps on a basketball court. Obviously he can score the ball, but he is getting everybody involved. He is listening, learning, and being coached by everybody. He is just being a great teammate. It’s crazy that he is as young as he is, but he plays the game like he’s been in the league for a long time.”

As many analysts and players have said, Herro is going to be a very good player for a very long time.
