Miami Heat coach Erik Spoelstra couldn't care less about Draymond Green's prediction that the Boston Celtics will beat them and advance to the NBA Finals. However, he also has no problem with his players finding motivation from the said comments.

After winning the Western Conference Finals against the Dallas Mavericks, Green was asked who he wants to play against in the NBA Finals. Instead of answering the question, he changed it on who he thinks they are going to play, in which he answered Boston.

Of course it didn't sit well with Heat players, with Udonis Haslem and PJ Tucker even calling out the Warriors star for his “bullsh*t” take after Miami won Game 6 to force a do-or-die Eastern Conference finale.

“Draymond broke the code. You ain’t supposed to say some sh*t like that. He let Shaq peer pressure him into saying some sh*t he ain’t got no business saying. I didn’t sleep much after he said that. That was some bullsh*t,” Haslem furthered in his fiery remarks towards the Warriors vet.

For his part, Erik Spoelstra didn't criticize Draymond Green. Reporters asked the Heat coach if the comments made by the Dubs leader motivated them, but he played it down and noted that their huge goal of winning the championship is already enough to get them going.

“We have a big, audacious goal. That's motivating enough, but if other things motivate guys I don't have a problem with that,” Coach Spo said, per David Wilson of Miami Herald.

The Heat are certainly feeling more confident than ever after their Game 6 win. Not only will they be playing Game 7 at home, but they also seemed to have found the solution to limit Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown and beat the Celtics.

Game 7 is scheduled on Sunday at FTX Arena.
