Miami Heat small forward Jimmy Butler won't play against the Boston Celtics on Tuesday.

Butler is dealing with right ankle soreness.

The Heat are 1-1 at Disney World. They defeated the Denver Nuggets and lost to the Toronto Raptors.

Miami is likely just playing it safe with Butler since they played on Monday. The Heat are going to need Butler to be at 100 percent for the playoffs if the team has championship aspirations.

Butler is averaging 20.2 points, 6.6 rebounds and 6.1 assists per game on the season for the Heat. The five-time All-Star is also shooting 45.6 percent from the field, 24.8 percent from beyond the arc and 83.7 percent from the free-throw line.
