The Miami Heat are in a must-win situation, down 3-1 in the Eastern Conference Finals against the Boston Celtics. They have a chance to minimize the deficit to one game with Game 6 Friday night in Boston. However, according to the latest injury update from Miami, a comeback isn't looking very likely.

The Heat's injury report from Thursday revealed five players, the majority in the starting five, were listed as questionable for Game 6. Heat reporter Anthony Chiang tweeted the latest update from Miami.

Tyler Herro has missed the Heat's last two games after suffering a groin injury in Game 3. Now, he is questionable for Game 6. Kyle Lowry is also questionable, despite playing in the last three games. This isn't much of a surprise. His lack of productivity throughout the entire postseason made it clear that the guard's hamstring strain isn't fully healed.

Max Strus and Gabe Vincent are also listed as questionable for Friday night. Like Lowry, both starters are dealing with hamstring strains. Neither has missed a postseason game so far this year. Meanwhile, PJ Tucker is struggling with knee irritation, and he is also listed as questionable.

To look at it positively, none of the Heat players are listed as out. This means that there is still a chance that one, a few, or all five are available for Game 6. However, if any of the starters aren't available come game time, it could be detrimental for the Heat, and it could cost them their season.
