Kevin Seraphin is trying to figure out the best path to follow for his career.

After his recent victory at a theme park basketball game, time has come for some serious considerations about his next steps. Relaxation and vacation periods are over.

He remains a free agent to this day. After six years as an NBA player, he is not negative about offers outside of the league either. The former Knick and Wizard sparked interest from the European league giant, Barcelona, but as of now no deal has been reached.

The Spanish side has already made an official contract offer, but according to sport.es, Kevin Seraphin asked for more time. He wants to make sure that he exhausts all possible opportunities of rejoining an NBA team before he travels across the Atlantic to play European ball. He already had a small taste of it during the 2011 NBA Lockout where he played for another Spaniard team, Caja Laboral.

Both sides seem to be in direct communication but as things currently stand, Kevin Seraphin wants to continue in the NBA. Any alternatives will be considered only in the case that he fails to clinch a spot in the roster of any NBA team.
