Metta Sandiford-Artest was seen at the New York Knicks vs. Indiana Pacers game on Wednesday night showing love to his former team.

He was interviewed at the game and showed that he has big hopes for his Knicks,

“I bleed orange and blue, I'm from New York, so shoutout to the Knicks and let's get a title within the next 2 or 3 years”

There is a possibility that the Knicks can make some moves to bring in some guys to start competing for a title. They showed last year that they do have a capability of competing in the Eastern Conference but just aren't quite there yet to compete with the top teams. If the Knicks are going to want to win an NBA title, which everybody in New York City wants, they're going to need to have a big trade deadline and also have a better offseason than they had this year. They brought in too many guys on questionable contracts and it's coming back to hurt them.

It shouldn't be too hard getting guys to come play in arguably the best city in the world of New York and play for one of the most storied franchises in all of sports history in the Knicks. There's no place like Madison Square Garden and that should be appealing to players who want to come to a bigger market. The Knicks have shown that they aren't afraid to spend money and they're going to need to do the same thing in the future but be a bit smarter about who they give a contract to.
