The New York Knicks achieved the second-biggest comeback of the 2021-22 NBA season Thursday night erasing a 25-point 3rd-quarter lead with a comeback for the ages against the Boston Celtics. Evan Fournier hit 10 three-pointers (tying a franchise record) on his way to a career-high 41 points and in the final seconds, RJ Barrett banked in a three-pointer to win the game at the buzzer.

Madison Square Garden was going absolutely bonkers and so were a few of Barrett and Fournier's current and former teammates. First, it was Fournier's ex-Orlando Magic teammate and current Chicago Bulls center, Nikola Vucevic, who came to Twitter with the tweet that showed just how “on fire” Evan really was on Thursday night:

After that, it was Fournier's teammate on the French National team, Rudy Gobert's, turn to chime in and make Evan aware of the flames coming from his fingertips all night long.

To cap it off, the Knicks' Immanual Quickley let us all know to put some respect on his current teammate, RJ Barrett's, full name:

A 25-point comeback has only been accomplished 40 times in NBA history and most of those were first-half leads, not huge comebacks that start midway through the third quarter. As mentioned earlier, this is just the second-biggest comeback in the NBA this year, as the Oklahoma City Thunder were able to come back from being down by 27 against the Los Angeles Lakers. Up next for Fournier, Barrett and the rest of the Knicks is a rematch with the Celtics in Boston on Saturday night.
