With the recent news about Kyrie Irving‘s request to be traded by the Cleveland Cavaliers, one can't help but speculate on the possible destinations for the four-time All-Star. Irving even mentioned that he'd be willing to play for the Minnesota Timberwolves and the San Antonio Spurs; both Western Conference teams already built as title contenders.

While the talks on getting a deal done for the disgruntled point guard is still at an infantile stage, some NBA fans have already taken action in reimagining Irving in a new uniform. YouTube user Pnasty24Pdot took it upon himself to have Irving become a member of the Wolves and Spurs with his “NBA 2K18” simulations (using the NBA 2K16 version of the video game series) found below.

The first video has an added bonus of Irving as a Spur going up against his old team and with the Cavs replacing Uncle Drew with Derrick Rose, who's already agreed to sign with Cleveland following Irving's demand for a trade:

This next one reimagines Irving in Minnesota playing alongside Karl-Anthony Towns and Jimmy Butler. Butler and Irving played a ton of time together for the USA's national basketball team and put their rediscovered chemistry to the test against the mighty Golden State Warriors:

These NBA 2K simulations are all but fantasies of a video game fanatic, but Irving could certainly make either one of these scenarios a reality if the Cavaliers do receive an offer from the Wolves or the Spurs that's hard to pass up.
