Even after his retirement, many people have embraced Kobe Bryant's “Mamba Mentality” — whether it is on the court or in his shoes and apparel line with Nike.

So it comes to no surprise that Bryant's daughter Gianna has taken some of the family's secrets, most notably his patented head-to-chest triple-threat move.

Everything here is vintage Mamba — from bringing the ball up high to potentially draw a reach from an aggressive defender, to bringing it around her body to widen her area of comfort, to the iconic jab push-off to create space for the jumper — Gigi has got it all down pat.

Bryant has been known to be an excellent advisor to many stars in the NBA, but teaching his daughters about the ins and outs of the game, including all the little one-on-one intricacies can only mean a huge promise if they have the WNBA in mind.

Gianna can be working to be the next Diana Taurasi, but by the time she reaches the highest level, she can be an icon of her own, taking the all the mental gems from one of the most cerebrally-gifted athletes the sport has to offer.
