Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James exited Saturday's game against the Atlanta Hawks after landing awkwardly on his ankle. While James was heading to the locker room following his injury, he knocked down a chair in frustration with his emotions running high.

The injury occurred when James was going after a loose ball on the floor and Solomon Hill also went after the ball. Hill landed on James' ankle, causing the superstar forward to hold his ankle in pain as he laid on the court.

LeBron James proceeded to walk gingerly off of the court, putting no weight on the injured ankle. At the same time, an unsuspecting chair was a victim of assault as the Lakers star knocked it to the ground as he made his way to the locker room.

Injuries have been a rare occurrence for James throughout his career, so it's definitely surprising and concerning after he was ruled out for the rest of Saturday's game versus the Hawks. In his 18th season in the NBA at 36 years old, James has missed just one game for the Lakers in the 2020-21 season due to rest purposes before the All-Star break.

Besides the 2018-2019 season, when he dealt with a nagging groin injury, James hasn't had a season where he's missed more than 13 games. The four-time NBA champion prides himself on taking care of his body year-round, and it has paid dividends in his legendary career. It's safe to say everyone is hoping for positive news when it comes to the ankle ailment of the Lakers forward once the results of his tests are revealed.
