LeBron James recently made a bold guarantee about his future with the Los Angeles Lakers. The four-time NBA champion vowed that he's no longer going to miss the playoffs ever again after LA's forgettable 2021-22 campaign.

Clippers superfan Clipper Darrell caught wind of LeBron's promis and he just could not let it pass without firing a savage shot at James and the rest of the Lakers:

“Can Yall Please Tell @KingJames He is TOO OLD to be making any PROMISES or GUARANTEES 4 the Future!!!” Clipper Darrell wrote in his tweet. 

Clipper Darrell is a prominent supporter of the Clippers and more than a few people listen to what this man has to say. He also happens to be one of the biggest Clippers fans you'll ever get to meet so naturally, his loathing towards the Lakers is proportional to his love for the Clippers.

Next season, LeBron is going to be 38. Darrell clearly believes that The King no longer has any gas left in the tank. Well, this is the sort of narrative LeBron James thrives on, and much like we've seen so many times in the past, he's going to come out next year with a mission to prove all of his doubters wrong.
