Monday night's NCAA women’s Elite Eight matchup between the UConn Huskies and the Baylor Bears had everyone glued to their television… even Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James.

Bron was seen tweeting about the UConn-Baylor clash. As the matchup continued to be a back and forth game, James continued to show his enthusiasm through the fourth quarter.

With the game winding down in the fourth, James and other viewers expressed their frustrations after a controversial no-call against UConn. The play would eventually turn into a UConn steal with an intentional foul by Baylor.

James quickly tweeted out that there should have been a foul called on the floor. Eventually, UConn would seal the deal with a two-point victory over Baylor.

Baylor held a 10 point lead on UConn midway through the third quarter. Once their key defensive anchor, Didi Richards, would be sidelined due to a hamstring injury, the Huskies would go on a 19-0 run at the end of the third and midway through the fourth.

The Huskies’ momentum continued to keep rolling despite Baylor's effort to seal a comeback. UConn’s 69-67 victory sends them to their 13th consecutive Final Four appearance.

Paige Bueckers led the way for the Huskies with 28 points and three rebounds. Bueckers’ effort was followed by Christyn Williams with 21 points and seven rebounds. The Baylor Bears' leading scorer was Dijonai Carrington, contributing 22 points off the bench. Her performance would be followed by Nalyssa Smith contributing 14 points along with Moon Ursin with 13.

The strong performances across the board were not enough to help Baylor advance to the Final Four.
