Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James gave the media an up close — albeit socially safe and distant — look at how the “Washed King” takes care of his body in the NBA bubble.

James, on the sidelines after his first scrimmage in the bubble against the Dallas Mavericks, was spotted performing a different kind of ice recovery program (via CJ Fogler on Twitter).

With gray hairs forming on the sides of his quarantine beard, LeBron James pilled a bag of ice out of his shorts while sitting on the Lakers' bench.

The 16-time All-Star and three-time NBA champion is gearing up for the eight seedings games in Orlando before the league moves into a competitive postseason after a four-month long hiatus.

James has the opportunity to take the Lakers back to the top of the NBA after seven years since their last playoff appearance (2012-13) and 10 years since LA's last trip to the NBA Finals (2010). Coincidentally, Dwight Howard — now a veteran center backing up JaVale McGee — was on the last Purple and Gold team making the postseason in 2013.

James previously won two titles with the Miami Heat in 2012-13 before returning back to hometown and original franchise Cleveland Cavaliers in 2014-15, winning a third ring (and first for the northeastern Ohio organization) in 2016. King James stunningly left the Cavs again in the summer of 2018 to join the Lakers, only to miss his first postseason in 14 years in 2018-19.
