The Los Angeles Lakers came up short in Game 4 against the Phoenix Suns as the series suddenly becomes a 2-2 tie. Anthony Davis left the game and was diagnosed with a groin strain, putting his status for the remainder of the series in serious jeopardy. However, LeBron James doesn't seem too concerned. After the game, James gave some interesting comments on his mindset for Game 5 and beyond.

Yes, LeBron is ready for any challenge thrown his way. While the potential absence of Davis could prove to be too much for them to overcome, he is going to take this challenge and do whatever he can to lead the Lakers over the Suns.

LeBron also mentioned the “rollercoaster” of the season, and the latest injury to Davis – who had been given a questionable tag going into Game 4 – is just another bump in the road as the Lakers aim for a second straight NBA championship.

They had a rash of injuries in the regular season, which resulted in them being a 7-seed. They then beat the Golden State Warriors in an epic play-in game and turned around and lost Game 1 vs the Suns before winning back-to-back games.

So yes, it definitely has been an up and down season for the Purple and Gold, but LeBron will be ready and it wouldn't surprise anybody if he exploded in Game 5 to give the Lakers the series lead back and head to Los Angeles with a chance to win the series at home. For what it's worth, it doesn't help that the Lakers were also without Kentavious Caldwell-Pope in Game 4 who is dealing with an injury.

Game 5 is Tuesday night, and it will be worth watching to see how LeBron James comes out and if Anthony Davis ends up playing. Will LeBron come out and take over the game and put the team on his back?
