With the conclusion of the NCAA Tournament on Monday, the focus of the top college players now shifts to preparing for the NBA Draft and fulfilling their dreams of playing at the highest level.

One of them is the current consensus top overall pick Markelle Fultz, who attended last night's game between the visiting Brooklyn Nets and Philadelphia 76ers  inside Wells Fargo Center on Tuesday. He understands that there is a chance that he could play for the home team next season, and he wanted too see their players up close.

The former Washington Huskie discussed, via John Clark of CSN Philly, what he thinks about being a Sixer and the team as well. He even said he could see himself playing for the city, which he described as a “great atmosphere.”

“I might have a chance to go here, so I just want to come out and see how they play, the atmosphere.”

“I could see it happening, it would be a great atmosphere, it would be cool.”

Fultz believes he has done enough to be the number one pick of this year's draft and even added that he'll be a good fit in the team as he also trusts the process.

“No doubt, no doubt. I believe I'm going to be the No. 1 pick, I think I've put enough work in to do that.”

“Anybody who knows me knows that I've been through a lot in my life, and I always trust the process.”

Should the 76ers have the opportunity to add him to their fold, he will give their fans more reason to be optimistic that their struggles will soon end. He will also address the team's need for a talented, young hybrid guard that they can play alongside their promising big men, Joel Embiid, Dario Saric and Ben Simmons.
