When Shaquille O'Neal visited Croatia for a DJ'ing gig, Dallas Mavericks superstar Luka Doncic made sure he would have the best time in the nation.

In the latest episode of his The Big Podcast with Shaq, O'Neal detailed how the Mavs star gave him a warm welcome when he visited the town of Krk and assured him of an enjoyable trip in his time there. Luka even had people pick Shaq up and bring him to a mansion he rented for him.

“When I arrived at Luka's town, some people picked me up, they drove me to a mansion that Luka had set out for me,” Shaq shared, per Basket News. “I had the pizza there, I had the hookah there, I had the fruit. They escorted me to the show.

Even more amusing, Luka Doncic and his crew gave Shaquille O'Neal an apt nickname to make sure he fits just well in Croatia. He then went on to thank the Mavs star and his good friend Goran Dragic, who also assisted him during his trip.

“Luka said ‘Shaq, nothing's gonna happen to you while you're in my town Mr. O'Nealovich'. That's what they called me,” the NBA legend continued. “Shout out to Luka and Goran Dragic as their people really set it out for me.”

Luka, Dragic and O'Neal were spotted partying and getting lit in Croatia, and by the looks of it, they had a great time together. With that kind of experience, it's safe to assume DJ Diesel is coming back there next offseason. Maybe he can take a trip to Slovenia for real that time!
