World Peace has never been shy about supporting his fellow colleagues, and this move goes far beyond the purchase of some high-priced shoes as it shows strong belief that Ball could develop into something special in a Lakers' uniform.
If the 19-year-old becomes a star in the league and Big Baller Brand becomes a highly successful company, it could open the door to many other players in the future attempting to create their own shoes with their merchandise company.
There is a lot that could be taken from this and Ball's success will be a huge determining factor to Big Baller Brand's fate. If he falls short of expectations, it could deflate the company's chance of thriving any further.
All in all, if Ball can reach any essence of the player that his family and the Lakers believe he can become, this could just be the beginning to some major success both on and off the court for Ball.
