Brooklyn Nets superstar point guard Kyrie Irving suffered a right knee sprain against the Washington Wizards on Saturday.

The Nets announced Irving is out for the rest of the game:

Irving missed a bunch of games because of a shoulder injury. Since he's come back, the Nets star has been nothing short of spectacular.

Just yesterday, Irving scored a season-high 54 points in the Nets' 133-118 win over the Chicago Bulls. Hopefully, Irving's injury isn't serious. The Nets will provide updates. For now, all we know is that Irving will get an MRI on Sunday, per Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN:

The Nets lost to the Wizards by a final score of 113-107. Irving played 29 minutes and put up 11 points.
