The NFL is releasing the league-wide schedules on Thursday night, including an appetizing slate of primetime games.

Adam Schefter tweeted out the full 2020 schedule for Monday Night Football, which–as has been the case for the past few years–will open with a doubleheader in Week 1 on Sept. 14.

The Pittsburgh Steelers square off against the New York Giants in the first game of that doubleheader, with the Tennessee Titans facing the Denver Broncos in the second contest.

Fans will be treated to a fantastic AFC clash in Week 3, when Patrick Mahomes and the defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs take on Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens.

The Chiefs won last year's matchup, but the Ravens–bolstered by offseason additions on the defensive side of the ball–will surely be out to stake their own claim for AFC supremacy.

Surprisingly, the Chiefs will only be featured once on Monday Night Football, while the Ravens are one of nine teams with two MNF appearances. The Steelers, Giants, New Orleans Saints, Chicago Bears, Los Angeles Rams, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Buffalo Bills and New England Patriots also have a pair of MNF games on their respective schedules.

Curiously enough, Kansas City's Super Bowl opponent–the San Francisco 49ers–also have just one game on Monday Night Football.

Of course, ESPN was always going to desire their share of Bucs games. Tom Brady's decision to head to Tampa Bay suddenly made the Bucs one of the more marketable teams in football, and now they have a pair of MNF clashes against the Giants and Rams.

The final Monday night game will come in Week 16, when the Bills and Patriots square off in what might be a pivotal contest in the AFC East.
