The NFL plans on conducting the 2020 NFL season as scheduled despite the coronavirus pandemic still remaining prevalent around the world. Regardless of how the NFL plans on doing it, Terry Bradshaw predicts NFL games will ‘go on', even with 'empty stands'.

In speaking to Fox News, Bradshaw shared how he believes the NFL will go about the upcoming season:

“That just depends on how this virus continues, if it starts going the downward trend and we feel safe enough, and people go with the masks and the rubber gloves and whatever, they will have people in the stands. If we don’t have people in the stands, I think the games go on. I do believe you’re going to have football and at Fox, I mean, with Tom Brady coming over with Tampa Bay now, it’s an exciting time for us and I think our viewers out there should sit back and relax … But I do believe that the NFL will be broadcast, absolutely.”

For the most part, the NFL has taken a business as usual approach to the offseason. While certain events were postponed or canceled, the NFL was able to hold the 2020 NFL Draft virtually.

In addition, the NFL continues to hold virtual offseason programs in place of the normal offseason programs. Still, the NFL has turned their attention to figuring out contingency plans for the regular season.

With the coronavirus situation, the NFL has shared multiple ideas of how to make sure the season goes on — even if there aren't fans in the stands. Nevertheless, Bradshaw believes that NFL games will be broadcasted with or without fans.
