As expected, Porter Jr. came out the victor. He even posted a video on Twitter, putting his defeated foe to shame:

He's just one of the Nuggets rookie's victims that night. From the looks of it, Porter Jr. is not only good in real basketball and 2k, he also has loyalty to his brand. Jordans are pretty hard to turn down. But Porter Jr. stood by his agreement with Puma.

In the end, the fan was a bit disappointed that some money. But in retrospect, it was still a good experience playing with an NBA player, even if it meant losing to him.

The Nuggets are hoping, though, that their prized rookie can translate his NBA 2K skills to the court amid lingering questions about his bad back. Porter was supposed to be a high lottery pick but his back problems caused his stock to take a dip and he ended up with the Nuggets at No.14 on draft night.
