Nikola Jokic was literally the best player in the league last season. The Denver Nuggets superstar came away with the Most Valuable Player award, winning the coveted title over more than a few big names across the league.
Jokic is an absolute wizard with the basketball and his skill level is second to none. However, one thing the Serbian can't do well is dunk the basketball. This is exactly why Jokic came up with a hilarious response when a group of kids asked him to do a dunk during a recent basketball camp:
Jokic is one funny dude (thus the nickname, “The Joker”) and his full comedic genius was on full display here. The Nuggets big man's self-deprecating humor is a total hit, and this is just one of the things that makes Nikola Jokic such a lovable guy.
Despite his attempt to dissuade his audience, however, the kids weren't about to let Jokic off the hook. They wanted a dunk from the MVP and they weren't going to relent until Jokic gave them their wish. The bad news is that it resulted in an epic wedgie.
In case you were wondering, Jokic can actually dunk the ball. He currently averages 0.0069 dunks per game. Safe to say, Nikola Jokic isn't going to be joining a Dunk Contest anytime soon. Not ever, actually.
