The Oakland Raiders are in a massive rebuild after trading away two of their best players in Khalil Mack and Amari Cooper.

The Cooper trade put Derek Carr and the Raiders offense in a tough spot as well as leaving Carr frustrated for the remainder of the season. While Carr built a nice connection with tight end Jared cook over the last two seasons, losing Cook in NFL free agency is a realistic possibility. The Raiders are in dire need of a star receiver to help turn the offense around.

The best possible solution for the Raiders is to trade one of their first-round picks for a receiver. Now that Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown has made it known he wants out, the Raiders could be the front runners to land the perennial Pro Bowler. Oakland holds three first-round picks in 2019 after acquiring two of them this past season from the Chicago Bears and Dallas Cowboys.

While it's extremely unlikely the Raiders surrender their No. 4 overall pick, but either the 24th or 27th pick are real possibilities in acquiring Brown. Steelers general manager Kevin Colbert has made it clear he won't be discounting Brown to future suitors, so it's likely he will be seeking at least a first-round pick. Brown has an impressive resume, and despite his off-field issues and sideline antics, he will still cost the team a pretty penny.

The Raiders could instantly see a boost in offensive production, and although the team may not be high on Brown's list of desired landing spots, he has no say in the matter.

At this point the team will take the best deal from any inquiring team whether Brown likes it or not, he has sealed his fate and has made it known he wants to play elsewhere. Oakland now faces the realization that the same pick they acquired in dealing Amari Cooper may be used to replace him.

While Brown has proven to be the better receiver, Cooper appears to have a very bright future ahead of him with the Cowboys. Brown's age is also a concern, but at the rate at which he is playing it doesn't appear that his production will hit much of a snag in the near future.
