According to the big boss in Cheesehead land, “soon” is the timetable he hopes to have quarterback Aaron Rodgers all set and squared away.
The Super Bowl-champion QB and future Hall of Famer has made no secret to the fact he wants and needs a new contract. The Green Bay Packers organization as a whole has also made it no secret they plan to address the situation.
CEO Mark Murphy is the one who created “soon” as the new timetable. He used the word while speaking with Karen Dalessandro of WTMJ via Jay Sorgi.

“He's healthy. We hope to soon have a contract extension,” Mark Murphy told Karen Dalessandro of WTMJ sister station KTI Country at Summerfest on Wednesday.
