The Green Bay Packers were utterly embarrassed by the New Orleans Saints in Week 1, putting up a lone field goal on the board in a 38-3 loss. Aaron Rodgers and the Packers' offense was practically non-existent against a Saints team who are in a whole new era with Jameis Winston taking over the reins for the retired Drew Brees. But, despite the poor showing, wide receiver Davante Adams was all positivity on Monday as the Packers look ahead to Week 2:

Adams, who is still negotiating a new contract with Green Bay, was limited to five receptions for 56 yards and no touchdowns. Saints cornerback Marshonn Lattimore locked him up all game long and he was even awarded a massive extension after the win.

Nonetheless, Adams and the Packers won't be too worried about the loss. After all, the Lions, Bears, and Vikings all dropped their Week 1 contests as well, which means the entire NFC North is in the same position right now.

Rodgers especially will be upset with how he played, throwing two interceptions and completing just 15 of 28 passing attempts. He was clearly off and will surely be looking to bounce back next weekend at Lambeau Field for the Packers.

Needless to say, Davante Adams isn't worried. He knows his team will respond.
